Engineered for demanding dishrooms, the Salvajor 200-SA-MSS-LD-PP disposer sink assembly powers through food waste to keep your operation moving. A rugged 2 HP motor supports continuous grinding performance so staff can stage, rinse, and clear prep sinks without bottlenecks.
Operators start and stop grinding with an MSS-LD push button that includes a safety line disconnect for quick lock-out during service. The pp-type control panel integrates a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch, helping deliver consistent water to the fixed nozzle for efficient washdown. A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing resists corrosion, while a chrome plated vacuum breaker helps protect potable lines.
