The Salvajor 200-SA-WSP combines a commercial garbage disposal, sink assembly, and a water saving package with operator sensor to keep high-volume kitchens moving. Designed for busy prep and dish areas, it helps teams manage food waste efficiently while conserving water during peak service.
A robust 2 HP motor powers through food waste, while ARSS-LD controls deliver start/stop push-button operation, drain/flush/time delay sequencing, and automatic reversing to address tough loads. Use it at pot sinks, scraping stations, or utility areas to streamline cleanup and maintain workflow.
Its heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use, and the included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control provide a complete, coordinated setup.
