Operators engage a simple start/stop push button, while the ARSS-2 automatic reversing control helps maintain consistent grinding through demanding sessions. The PP-type control integrates a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch to coordinate water delivery with operation.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use, and the 6-1/2" inlet accommodates common sink openings for fast feeding. Included components—fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring—support clean rinsing and smooth service in commercial kitchens.
