The 15" cone assembly with a 6-1/2" inlet supports continuous scraping during rushes.
Operators get straightforward control from the start/stop push button MSS control, simplifying training and day-to-day use. The included fixed nozzle, solenoid valve, and chrome plated vacuum breaker help standardize rinsing at the station without extra kits.
A heat treated aluminum alloy housing and single support leg deliver sturdy installation and everyday durability at prep, pot, or scullery sinks. A scrap ring with flow control keeps scraps contained and water managed so your garbage disposal area stays efficient and orderly.
