The Salvajor 300-CA-15-MSS-LD-PP commercial disposer powers through food waste with a robust 3 HP motor to keep prep and dish areas moving. Its 15-inch cone assembly and 6-1/2-inch inlet help capture and feed scraps efficiently, supporting steady throughput during peak service. Use it at pot sinks, prep sinks, or dish stations to streamline cleanup and reduce handling of wet waste.
Operators gain dependable control with the MSS-LD start/stop push button and safety line disconnect, while the PP-type control panel integrates a mounted solenoid valve, flow control, and pressure switch for water management. The included fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring support compliant, effective rinsing and scrap conveyance.
