The Salvajor 300-CA-15-WSP streamlines food waste handling with a powerful 3 HP disposer and an operator-sensing water saving package. Its 15-inch cone assembly and 6-1/2-inch inlet are built for busy prep, pot, and dish areas where throughput and uptime matter.
Control water and workflow with the ARSS-LD control featuring start/stop push button, drain/flush/time delay, and automatic reversing to help clear jams. Staff can keep hands free and sinks organized while the fixed nozzle, scrap ring, and flow control direct waste efficiently into the commercial garbage disposal.
Engineered for long service, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use, and a single support leg adds installation stability. A chrome plated vacuum breaker and solenoid valve complete a compliant, water-conscious setup for high-volume kitchens and facilities.
