Engineered for busy kitchens, the Salvajor 300-CA-18-ARSS-LD commercial garbage disposal drives throughput with a robust 3 Hp motor and an 18" cone assembly. It efficiently clears food waste to keep prep and pot sinks open, accelerating turn times and minimizing clogs.
The ARSS-LD control enhances performance with automatic reversing and water-saving operation, plus a safety line disconnect. Operators can start/stop and run drain/flush/time delay cycles at the push of a button to match real-time workflow.
Built for daily duty, its heat treated aluminum alloy housing and single support leg provide stable, durable installation. Included components—fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control—simplify setup and help standardize results across shifts.
