The Salvajor 300-CA-18-MRSS disposer equips busy kitchens to handle food waste right at the sink, helping streamline prep and dishroom workflows. A 3 Hp motor pairs with an 18" cone assembly to process plate scrapings, vegetable trimmings, and pot rinses where they happen. Manual reversing via MRSS start/stop controls supports consistent performance throughout service.
Operators gain precise water management with the included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, and scrap ring with flow control. The 6-1/2" inlet diameter offers ample access for common food scraps while maintaining a clean work area.
