The Salvajor 300-CA-ARSS-2-PP commercial food waste disposer accelerates clean-up in busy kitchens. A robust 3 HP motor pairs with a cone assembly to keep scrap handling moving at the sink, helping crews transition from prep to warewashing without bottlenecks.
Operators get intuitive control via a start/stop push button and automatic reversing ARSS-2 control that helps reduce stoppages. The PP-type control includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch for coordinated water service.
Built for demanding use, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing delivers durable performance, while a single support leg adds stability under the table or trough.
