The Salvajor 300-CA-ARSS is a commercial garbage disposal engineered for high-volume foodservice workflows. A robust 3-HP motor paired with a cone assembly powers through food waste while the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to demanding, wet environments.
Operators gain precise control via an auto-reversing magnetic control, start/stop push button, and a drain/flush/time delay sequence. An energy/water saving switch, solenoid with flow control and fixed nozzle, and a chrome-plated vacuum breaker help optimize water delivery and cleanup.
Ideal for prep sinks and dish rooms, the 6-1/2 inch inlet and rubber scrap ring promote efficient loading with reduced splash. A single support leg stabilizes the cone assembly, and UL and CE compliance supports installation in professional kitchens.
