The Salvajor 300-CA-MRSS is a 3-HP commercial disposer engineered to speed up prep and dishroom tasks. Its 6-1/2" inlet and cone assembly streamline scraping and rinsing while helping keep workstations clear. A smart choice for chefs and facility managers aiming to reduce handling of food waste.
The MRSS manual reverse switch lets staff quickly free minor jams without tools, keeping the sink moving during peak periods. A solenoid with flow control and a fixed nozzle manage rinse water delivery, and a chrome plated vacuum breaker helps protect the supply line. The rubber scrap ring limits splash and helps keep utensils out of the disposer opening.
Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing and a single support leg, it delivers stable, durable performance in demanding kitchens. UL, CSA, and CE listings and defined MRSS control panel dimensions (9-1/4" x 10-1/4" x 5-7/16") simplify specification for buyers and installers.
