Boost dishroom throughput with the Salvajor 300-CA-WSP water saving package, pairing a rugged 3 HP disposer with smart controls. Designed for busy prep sinks and pot-washing stations, this commercial garbage disposal helps staff clear plates and prep waste quickly while trimming water use.
The ARSS-LD control provides start/stop push button operation plus drain, flush, and time delay functions to manage flow and cleanup. Automatic reversing helps clear obstructions between cycles, and built-in water-saving logic works with the operator sensor to run only when needed.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use, and the 6-1/2" inlet streamlines scrapping of pans and trays. The package includes a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control, along with a stabilizing single support leg. UL, CSA, and CE compliance supports facility standards across a range of operations.
