A robust 3 HP disposer handles heavy food waste, while stainless steel construction stands up to high-volume, commercial use. The NEMA 4 HYDROLOGIC® control panel features a patented operator sensor, LCD readout, water saving mode, and a safety line disconnect to help staff manage operation with confidence.
