The Salvajor 300-SA-3-ARSS commercial disposer with sink assembly keeps busy kitchens moving. Its rugged 3 HP motor powers through food waste so prep and dish lines maintain pace during peak service.
Operators control the waste stream via a start/stop push button and drain/flush/time delay cycles, while automatic reversing and water-saving ARSS technology help prevent jams and conserve water. Ideal for pot sinks, prep stations, and dishrooms demanding consistent throughput.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing withstands daily use, and a single support leg stabilizes the unit at the sink. The 3-1/2" sink collar fits common openings, and the included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control simplify setup for a reliable, efficient garbage disposal workflow.
