The Salvajor 300-SA-3-ARSS-LD is a 3 HP commercial garbage disposal and sink assembly built to accelerate scrapping in high-volume kitchens. Its integrated components and rugged housing help streamline your dishroom workflow while standing up to daily abuse.
Operators engage the start/stop push button and let the ARSS-LD control manage drain/flush/time delay, automatic reversing, and water-saving sequences. This smart cycle helps clear jams, reduce water use, and keep waste moving. Put it to work at prep sinks, pot-washing stations, or busy tray returns.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, 3-1/2" sink collar, and single support leg provide a stable, long-lasting installation. Included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control deliver a complete package with UL and CE certifications.
