The Salvajor 300-SA-3-MRSS-LD-PP disposer sink assembly streamlines food-waste handling in busy commercial kitchens. A 3 HP motor powers through daily scrapping to keep dishroom workflows moving.
Operators control operation with start/stop push buttons and manual reversing via the MRSS-LD control with safety line disconnect. The pp-type control panel includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch to coordinate water delivery. This setup supports consistent rinsing at prep sinks, pot-wash stations, and scrapping troughs.
A 3-1/2 inch sink collar with stopper pairs with the fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker for efficient sink-side use. Heat treated aluminum alloy housing and a single support leg provide a sturdy installation, and the assembly is UL and CE listed.
