The Salvajor 300-SA-3-MSS combines a 3 Hp disposer with a sink assembly to streamline scrapping and rinsing at the source. MSS start/stop push-button controls let staff activate the unit quickly and safely during peak service. A 3-1/2" sink collar integrates with compatible sinks to keep prep and dish lines moving.
A complete water control package—fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control—helps direct rinse water while channeling solids to the grinder. The heat treated aluminum alloy housing delivers durability for high-traffic kitchens.
