Keep your warewashing and prep lines moving with the Salvajor 300-SA-3-WSP water saving package. Its commercial garbage disposal powered by a 3 Hp motor processes food waste efficiently, while an operator sensor with ARSS-LD controls streamlines activation and water use.
The ARSS-LD control provides a start/stop push button, drain/flush/time delay sequencing, automatic reversing, and a safety line disconnect for confident operation. A 3-1/2" sink collar, sink assembly, and fixed nozzle with flow control create an efficient rinse-and-grind station for pre-scrapping trays and cookware.
Built for daily service, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing and single support leg promote a stable, long-term installation. A chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, and sink stopper are included for straightforward setup, and the system is UL, CSA, and CE listed for commercial use.
