Product Description
Keep prep and dish areas moving with the Salvajor 300-SA-6-ARSS-2 commercial garbage disposal and sink assembly. Its 3 HP motor grinds food scraps quickly to help prevent backups during peak service. The ARSS-2 automatic reversing control alternates direction to help clear obstructions and balance wear.
Ideal for pot sinks, prep stations, and dishrooms, this system lets staff start or stop grinding with a simple push-button. Integrated water service—fixed nozzle, solenoid valve, flow control, and a chrome plated vacuum breaker—directs rinse water where you need it while protecting the supply. The 6-1/2" sink collar supports consistent scrap capture right at the basin.
Built for daily commercial use, the heat treated aluminum alloy housing provides robust construction. A single support leg stabilizes the installation under the sink. UL, CSA, and CE listings help meet common facility compliance requirements.
