Power through high-volume waste with the Salvajor 300-SA-6-ARSS commercial garbage disposal and sink assembly. A rugged 3 hp motor and ARSS automatic reversing, water-saving control help keep your prep and dish lines moving. The 6-1/2 inch sink collar integrates cleanly into busy stations.
Operators can start/stop with a push button and run drain/flush/time-delay cycles to clear lines between tasks. Use it at a pot sink, vegetable prep, or scullery to reduce clogs and maintain throughput. Included flow control and sink stopper support consistent, sanitary operation.
Built with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing and a single support leg, this unit is engineered for long service in demanding environments. A fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, and solenoid valve streamline installation and backflow protection. UL, CSA, and CE listings support compliance across a range of facilities.
