The Salvajor 300-SA-6-MSS-LD-PP combines a 3 Hp disposer with a sink assembly to keep waste moving and stations clear. The 6-1/2" sink collar with stopper pairs with a fixed nozzle to speed scrapping and rinsing during peak service.
Operators start and stop with MSS-LD control featuring a push button and safety line disconnect, while the pp-type control panel integrates a solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch for consistent water delivery. This helps maintain throughput at prep and pot sinks and reduces manual intervention.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing withstands heavy-duty use, and a chrome plated vacuum breaker protects the water supply. A single support leg stabilizes the assembly for reliable, repeatable performance in busy kitchens. UL and CE listings support code compliance.
