Built for busy dishrooms and prep sinks, the Salvajor 300-SA-ARSS-2-P disposer sink assembly pairs a 3 Hp motor with purpose-built controls to keep waste moving and stations clean. This commercial garbage disposal helps chefs and facility managers streamline scraping and rinsing during peak service. Ideal for high-volume operations, it helps keep prep lines moving and dish areas organized.
Automatic reversing ARSS-2 control cycles the direction of rotation, while a simple start/stop push button gives staff quick command of the unit. A p-type control with mounted solenoid valve and flow control regulates water delivery for consistent operation.
A heat treated aluminum alloy housing withstands daily commercial use. The assembly includes a sink collar with stopper, fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and a single support leg — a practical package for pot sinks, utility sinks, and warewashing stations.
