The Salvajor 300-SA-ARSS-LD disposer sink assembly delivers 3-HP performance to power through busy scrapping and rinsing in commercial kitchens. Integrate this commercial garbage disposal at the dish table or prep sink to accelerate plate scraping and keep racks moving.
Operators gain precise control with an auto-reversing magnetic system that helps clear obstructions before they slow service. A start/stop push button and drain/flush/time delay function coordinate cleaning and flow, while a safety line disconnect and energy/water saving switch support efficient operation.
Engineered for demanding foodservice environments, this unit features a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing and a single support leg for sturdy installation. It includes a sink collar with stopper, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and a solenoid with flow control and fixed nozzle, and is UL and CE listed.
