Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, the Salvajor 300-SA-MRSS disposer sink assembly powers through food waste with a robust 3‑HP motor. This commercial garbage disposal features a manual reverse switch to quickly clear obstructions and keep the dishroom line moving. Ideal for prep sinks, pot sinks, and cafeteria scrapping stations.
Optimize water management with the included solenoid featuring flow control and a fixed nozzle, while the chrome plated vacuum breaker helps protect your water supply. A heat treated aluminum alloy housing withstands demanding, daily use. The single support leg adds stability for consistent performance throughout service.
This assembly includes a sink collar with stopper (size specified separately) for seamless integration with your sink. The MRSS control panel measures 9‑1/4" x 10‑1/4" x 5‑7/16" to fit common mounting spaces.
