Its 3 HP motor processes food scraps quickly, helping reduce bottlenecks at the sink so staff can reset and stay on pace. A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing is built for durability in demanding back-of-house workflows.
Operators get straightforward, reliable control via a magnetic contactor with start/stop push button and a safety line disconnect. An integrated solenoid with flow control and a fixed nozzle directs water where it’s needed to aid scrap removal, while a chrome-plated vacuum breaker helps protect the water supply from backflow.
Use this garbage disposal at prep, pot, or dish sinks to streamline food waste handling in busy kitchens. The assembly includes a sink collar with stopper for a clean install and is supported by a single support leg. UL and CE listings support compliance needs across a variety of facilities.
