The Salvajor 300-SA-MSS-LD-PP is a commercial sink-mounted disposer system built to streamline food waste handling in busy kitchens. A robust 3 HP motor powers efficient grinding while the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing withstands demanding prep and dishroom duty. The integrated sink collar with stopper makes it easy to pause or resume work between tasks.
Operators can start and stop the unit at the station using the MSS-LD push-button controls with a safety line disconnect for safety-conscious operation. The PP-type control panel includes a mounted solenoid valve, flow control, and pressure switch to manage water service alongside the disposer for consistent performance.
