The Salvajor 300-SA-WSP water saving package integrates an operator sensor, disposer, and sink assembly to accelerate waste handling in high-volume kitchens. A robust 3 Hp motor with automatic reversing keeps the garbage disposal moving through heavy prep and clean-up. ARSS-LD control provides push-button start/stop with drain/flush/time delay and a safety line disconnect for supervised operation.
Streamline dishroom and pot-sink workflows: the fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control deliver controlled rinsing while helping conserve water. The sink stopper lets staff retain or release water as needed between scraping and rinse stages. Sensor activation further reduces unnecessary flow during off cycles.
