The Salvajor 300-TVR TroughVeyor is a food waste conveying and disposing system with water recirculation that streamlines dishroom cleanup. Built in stainless steel with a 3 HP disposer, it unifies scraping, transport, and grinding into one continuous process. Right-hand operation fits neatly alongside pre-rinse and tray return lines in high-volume kitchens.
Move plate waste from the trough to the garbage disposal efficiently as the trough diffuser manages flow and recirculated water carries scraps. A salvage basin captures bulk debris, while the silverware trap helps keep flatware out of the grind chamber. Put it to work at tray scrape stations, pot sinks, and cafeteria dish returns to maintain pace during peak periods.
