Built for high-volume kitchens, the Salvajor 500-CA-12-MSS drives efficiency at the sink. A rugged 5 Hp motor powers through food waste, while the 12" cone assembly funnels scrap quickly to the cutting chamber. The generous 6-1/2" inlet accepts bulky items to keep prep and dish areas moving.
Operators start and stop production with simple MSS push-button controls for confident, repeatable performance. An integrated water system—including fixed nozzle, solenoid valve, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and flow control—rinses and clears waste to prevent bottlenecks. The scrap ring promotes safe loading and cleaner rims.
Engineered with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing and a stable single support leg, this unit stands up to daily abuse in prep, pot, and warewashing stations. UL, CSA, and CE compliance supports facility standards. This garbage disposal helps maintain cleaner workstations and faster turnarounds.
