The Salvajor 500-CA-12-WSP water saving package pairs a powerful disposer with intelligent controls to speed scraping and reduce water use in busy kitchens. A 5 HP motor and ARSS-LD control deliver start/stop, drain/flush/time delay, automatic reversing, and water-saving functions to keep your dishroom moving.
Position the 12" cone assembly at your pre-rinse station to funnel scraps through a 6-1/2" inlet, while the operator sensor enables sensor-activated starts when staff approach. The included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control direct washdown and maintain consistent flow.
Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing and a single support leg, this commercial garbage disposal setup withstands demanding, all-day service. It gives chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers reliable throughput and water stewardship without complicating workflows.
