The Salvajor 500-CA-15-ARSS-LD commercial food waste disposer is built to keep high-volume kitchens moving. A robust 5 Hp motor paired with a 15" cone assembly drives efficient grinding, helping dishrooms clear plates and pans faster during peak periods.
The ARSS-LD control streamlines operation with start/stop push-button control, drain/flush/time delay sequencing, automatic reversing, and water-saving functionality with a safety line disconnect. Staff can manage flow and clear obstructions at the panel to minimize downtime and maintain pace.
A heat treated aluminum alloy housing and single support leg support a stable, long-lasting installation. With a 6-1/2" inlet and included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control, this unit accelerates scrapping at prep sinks and dish stations.
