Streamline back-of-house waste handling with the Salvajor 500-CA-15-ARSS-LD-P garbage disposal. A 5 Hp motor teams with a 15" cone assembly and 6-1/2" inlet to move food scraps through quickly. Keep prep sinks, pot stations, and tray lines clear during peak periods.
Operators gain precise control via the ARSS-LD system featuring a start/stop push button, drain/flush/time delay, and automatic reversing. A p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control helps regulate water delivery for consistent operation. These functions support efficient, repeatable workflows.
Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing for durability in daily service, this food waste disposer supports busy kitchens. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring are included, and the unit is UL and CE listed.
