Driven by a rugged 5 HP motor and a 15-inch cone assembly, this commercial garbage disposal quickly processes scraps at the sink to keep prep and warewashing moving. Pair it with your pre-rinse to reduce clogs and bagged trash.
Operators gain simple, safe control via MSS-LD controls with a start/stop push button and safety line disconnect. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and solenoid valve automate water delivery for consistent flushing and cooling. The 6-1/2-inch inlet fits compatible sink openings and scrap rings.
