The Salvajor 500-CA-18-ARSS-2 commercial garbage disposal supports high-volume foodservice cleanup. A 5 HP motor drives the unit, while the 18" cone assembly and 6-1/2" inlet accept steady scrap loads from racks and trays. Use it to clear plates at pot sinks, prep areas, or tray return lines.
Manage operation with a start/stop push button and ARSS-2 automatic reversing control. Included components—fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, and scrap ring with flow control—integrate water supply and debris guidance at the bowl.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing and single support leg fit permanent dishroom installations. UL and CE listings support code compliance in commercial environments. This configuration helps chefs, operators, and facility managers plan consistent waste handling across locations.
