Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the Salvajor 500-CA-18-ARSS-LD-PP commercial garbage disposal streamlines food waste handling to keep service moving. Its 8 Hp motor and 18" cone assembly work together to process high volumes at scrap stations and prep sinks without slowing your line.
Operators gain precise control with a start/stop push button and integrated drain/flush/time delay functions. The ARSS-LD control automatically reverses to help clear the grind chamber and conserves water, while the safety line disconnect supports safer operation for busy crews.
A PP-type control with a mounted solenoid valve, flow control, and pressure switch helps dial in water delivery for consistent performance. Heat treated aluminum alloy housing resists tough kitchen conditions, and a 6-1/2" inlet with scrap ring, fixed nozzle, and chrome plated vacuum breaker integrates cleanly into your dish and prep workflow.
