Power through demanding food waste with the Salvajor 500-CA-ARSS-2-PP commercial disposer. Driven by a 5 HP motor and a cone assembly, this garbage disposal supports continuous operation in busy prep areas and dish rooms. A 6-1/2" inlet diameter offers ample access for efficient scrap handling.
Optimize workflow with automatic reversing ARSS-2 control and a reliable start/stop push button. The PP-type control includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch to coordinate water service with grinding. These integrated controls help maintain smooth, consistent performance during peak periods.
Built for durability, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing and single support leg deliver sturdy, long-term service. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring are included to support sanitary operation and effective rinsing.
