The Salvajor 500-CA-ARSS-LD is a 5-HP commercial food waste disposer engineered to keep busy dishrooms and prep areas moving. Its cone assembly and 6-1/2" inlet diameter streamline plate scraping and food waste handling. A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing delivers rugged durability for daily service.
Auto-reversing magnetic control helps reduce jams and maintain consistent throughput. The start/stop push button with drain/flush/time delay assists in clearing the chamber and optimizing water use between loads. An energy/water saving switch lets operators dial in consumption during slower periods.
A chrome plated vacuum breaker, paired with a solenoid, flow control, and fixed nozzle, provides dependable rinse action while protecting the water supply. A rubber scrap ring helps contain splashes at the inlet. A single support leg offers stable mounting.
