The Salvajor 500-CA-MSS commercial food waste disposer drives high-volume efficiency with a rugged 5-HP motor and integrated cone assembly. It streamlines scrap handling at prep and dish sinks, helping chefs and dishroom teams keep stations clear and productive. This garbage disposal reduces manual scraping time and keeps workflow moving during peak service.
Operators gain intuitive control via a magnetic contactor with start/stop push button, while a solenoid with flow control and fixed nozzle meters rinse water right where it’s needed. A rubber scrap ring helps contain splatter, and a chrome-plated vacuum breaker supports compliant water connections. Ideal for pot sinks, produce trimming, and cafeteria dish lines, it supports fast, repeatable waste reduction.
Built for long service, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing resists demanding back-of-house conditions. A 6-1/2" inlet accepts larger scraps, and a single support leg adds stability in busy work areas.
