Streamline scraping and rinsing workflows at prep and dish stations with the Salvajor 500-SA-3-ARSS-2-P disposer sink assembly. A 5 Hp motor delivers rugged performance for high-volume operations. The heat treated aluminum alloy housing is built for daily commercial use.
Operators engage the unit with a start/stop push button, and the automatic reversing ARSS-2 control provides reversing operation during use. The p-type control features a mounted solenoid valve with flow control to manage incoming water at the sink. A fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker integrate into your sink assembly.
Includes a 3-1/2" sink collar and a single support leg for added stability at the station. Ideal for prep sinks, pot sinks, and back-of-house clean-up lines that require reliable garbage disposal capability. UL and CE listings support compliance needs across commercial kitchens.
