Product Description
The Salvajor 500-SA-3-MRSS commercial disposer and sink assembly streamlines food waste handling in high-volume kitchens. Its 5 Hp motor grinds through scraps, while the start/stop, manual-reversing MRSS control clears jams fast to keep service moving.
Install at prep or dish areas using the 3-1/2" sink collar and included water-control package. A fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control coordinate rinse water and help prevent backflow during peak cleanup.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing and a single support leg deliver durable, space-conscious performance. UL and CE compliance and compact MRSS control panel dimensions simplify specification for restaurants, cafeterias, and facility operations. Chefs, foodservice operators, and facility managers can deploy it at pot sinks or scrape stations to accelerate turnarounds.
