Accelerate dishroom throughput with the Salvajor 500-SA-3-MRSS-LD commercial garbage disposal and sink assembly. Its 5 HP motor processes tough food scraps at prep sinks and pot-wash stations, keeping work areas clear and productive. Ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens.
Operators control grinding via an MRSS-LD panel with start/stop push button, manual reversing, and a safety line disconnect. Water service is built in with a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control, plus a sink stopper for quick changeovers. The 3-1/2 inch sink collar fits common sink openings for straightforward installation.
A heat treated aluminum alloy housing and a single support leg provide a sturdy assembly for daily service. UL and CE listings simplify approval for commercial facilities.
