Engineered for high-volume kitchens, the Salvajor 500-SA-3-MSS-LD pairs a rugged 5 HP food waste disposer with a complete sink assembly to accelerate scrap handling and keep prep and dish areas moving. The 3-1/2" sink collar integrates with common commercial sinks for straightforward setup.
This commercial garbage disposal uses MSS-LD controls with push-button start/stop and a safety line disconnect to support safe maintenance practices. Its heat-treated aluminum alloy housing is built for demanding, day-to-day service in busy operations.
The package includes a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control, plus a single support leg for stability.
