The Salvajor 500-SA-6-MRSS-LD-PP disposer sink assembly powers through food waste with a robust 5 HP motor to keep prep and dish areas moving. Its 6-1/2" sink collar with stopper helps contain water and scraps during scraping, rinsing, and changeovers.
Operators get precise, safe control thanks to MRSS-LD start/stop push buttons, manual reversing, and a safety line disconnect that helps clear jams without delay. A PP-type control panel with mounted solenoid valve, flow control, and pressure switch regulates water delivery for consistent performance.
Heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to demanding shifts, while the fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker support sanitary rinsing.
