The Salvajor 500-SA-ARSS-LD-P commercial disposer sink assembly keeps prep and dishroom workflows moving. Its rugged 5 HP motor rapidly processes food waste, clearing sinks and reducing bottlenecks during rush periods. A fitted sink collar and stopper support staged loading and easy holdover between tasks.
Operators gain precision water and grinding control via the ARSS-LD control, featuring automatic reversing, water-saving, drain/flush/time delay, and a safety line disconnect. A start/stop push button simplifies training and helps enforce safe operation. The p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control meters water exactly where it is needed.
Built for daily duty, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to busy commercial use. A fixed nozzle and chrome-plated vacuum breaker are included for integrated rinsing, and the single support leg enhances installation stability. UL and CE listings support safety and specification requirements.
