Drive throughput at the sink with the Salvajor 500-SA-MRSS commercial garbage disposal sink assembly. A robust 5-HP motor tackles heavy food waste loads to keep prep, pot, and dish stations moving. The manual reverse switch lets staff quickly clear obstructions and resume service.
Integrate water and waste handling in one station. The package includes a sink collar with stopper, a chrome plated vacuum breaker, and a solenoid with flow control and fixed nozzle to regulate rinse water precisely. A single support leg stabilizes the assembly under heavy pans and high-volume use.
Built for longevity, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing withstands demanding back-of-house conditions. The MRSS control panel measures 9-1/4" x 10-1/4" x 5-7/16", helping it fit tight utility spaces. UL, CSA, and CE listings support professional installation requirements.
