The Salvajor 500-TVL TroughVeyor is a food waste conveying and disposing system built for high-volume operations. It recirculates water to carry waste along a left-hand trough to a robust 5 HP disposer, streamlining scraping and dishroom workflows. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use in commercial kitchens.
In prep and dish areas, staff can push plate scrapings and trim into the flowing trough while the diffuser guides material toward the grinding zone. A salvage basin and silverware trap intercept stray items, helping prevent utensil loss and protecting the disposer. This organized path keeps stations moving and simplifies end-of-shift cleanup.
Operators control the system with a start/stop push button, while auto-reversing helps clear jams with minimal intervention.
