Widely accepted in areas where disposers are restricted, it helps kitchens separate solids before they reach the drain. Operators gain clear control and visibility via the NEMA 4 HYDROLOGIC® control panel and LCD readout.
Position it at a pre-rinse or prep sink to scrape pans, pre-flush plates, and capture utensils in the silverware trap while the scrap basket gathers solids for disposal. The 3/4 HP corrosion-resistant pump supports consistent operation, and the pump intake screen helps protect internal components. Stainless steel construction withstands heavy use and simplifies cleaning between shifts.
Choose timed run or auto start/stop modes to conserve water during peak and off-peak periods, while the patented operator sensor promotes a safe, hands-on workflow. A safety line disconnect aids service procedures. Certifications include UL, CSA, CE, and NSF.
