Load whole or halved produce through the universal kidney-shaped hopper and cylindrical chute to maintain consistent cuts and throughput. Adjustable ejection direction and a gravity expulsion ramp guide product into hotel pans or ingredient bins to keep stations organized. Ideal for salad bars, batch cooking, and commissary workflows.
A combination safety system covering the head, cover, and power switch helps protect operators during busy shifts. The multilanguage display supports diverse crews. Includes FCS-4 4 mm slicing disc, SHS-2 mm shredding disc, and an ejection disc to start production right away.
