Dial in control with 5 prep speeds and 10 cutter speeds, a digital control panel, and a 6-language display. A powerful 3 HP motor, reverse function, and force control system help maintain texture and quality across batches for salads, sauces, garnishes, and more.
Load produce into the large-capacity hopper with a continuous-feed cylindrical chute, or use the 5.5 liter stainless steel processor bowl for chopping, mixing, and pureeing. Stainless steel construction and included “cut & mix” scraper & hub, serrated s-blade, and core drill support efficient, repeatable prep in restaurants, commissaries, and institutional kitchens.
