Its 5.81 qt (5.5 L) stainless steel bowl and 3 HP motor tackle sauces, pâtés, purées, and dressings with confidence. Ten variable speeds from 300 to 3000 rpm let you shear, chop, or emulsify to spec.
Reverse function pairs with the cut & mix scraper to keep product moving and reduce manual intervention. A digital control with a six-language display and a force control system supports precise operation batch after batch. Set it on the countertop to batch hummus, minced aromatics, nut pastes, or smooth coulis right before service.
The included serrated S-blade speeds cuts on proteins and vegetables, while the scraper and hub help clear bowl walls. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily commercial use and simplifies cleanup. CE, NSF, ETL, and ETL-C listings suit professional kitchen standards.
